Tara Stewart

Dr. Tara Stewart is an accomplished neuroscientist, specializing in translational neuroscience, first in intraoperative surgical neurophysiology and then expanding into epilepsy research. Over the course of her career, Dr. Stewart helped build the source localization program and deep brain stimulation programs at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and helped build Qatar’s first ever dedicated pediatric neurophysiology laboratory through the ambitious Sidra project. From her experience in IONM, Dr. Stewart started IONM Life providing IONM technologists and specialists with greater work choices. Today, she provides the allied health field with a variety of business solutions at Cetera Vitae.


Bang Alcantara

Bang Alcantara is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 11 years’ experience recruiting for JCI accredited healthcare systems. She trained as a radiology technologist, but after spotting her potential, her hospital’s HR convinced her to join their team and she’s never looked back. During her years in the field, Bang specialized in the recruiting and international on boarding of junior to senior-level physicians. She’s helped recruit from 21 countries. You name it, she has seen it. It was in 2014 that she first met and worked alongside Cetera Vitae’s founder Tara Stewart, helping establish Sidra Medical and Research Hospital. Missing her family, Bang decided to relocate back to her home country and sought a new firm that could use her skills. Cetera Vitae is incredibly lucky and excited that Bang agreed to join the team and bring her years of experience in the field.

HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE CETERA VITAE?

Cetera is pronounced like "etcetera" (without the "et" of course). We chose the name because we loved the idea of consistently offering more options for all parties. And Vitae, pronounced vee-tay, is a nod to the curriculum vitae associated with job searching and recruitment. You can call us CV for short.

Does Cetera Vitae offer medical services?

Cetera Vitae is a business support services company. We assist medical service companies and institutions with their allied health staffing needs rather than providing medical services ourselves.

Is Cetera Vitae a staffing agency?

We are a recruiting and referral hub. We connect independent contractors and full-time job seekers with healthcare employees. We do not charge a daily fee for healthcare services or employ allied healthcare workers like a staffing agency.
